Overview
These terms apply when you use this site or engage Mythical Vfx for video editing work. By booking a call or starting a project with us, you agree to them.
Scope of work
Each project is agreed in writing before work begins, including deliverables, timeline, revisions, and price. Anything outside that agreed scope is treated as a new request and quoted separately.
Your footage and assets
You confirm that you own or have the rights to all footage, music, and assets you provide, and that we may use them to complete your project. You remain responsible for any licensing of third party material you supply.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the final delivered edit is yours to use. We may show non confidential work in our portfolio and reel unless you ask us in writing not to.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your project agreement. Work begins once any agreed deposit is received, and final files are delivered after the balance is paid.
Liability
We deliver our work to a professional standard. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
