Mythical Vfx is a professional video editing service. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or contact us, and how we handle it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you book a call or subscribe, that may include your name, email address, X handle, Discord username, and any project details you share. We do not sell this information and we do not run third party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run our call, deliver the editing work you request, and send the occasional update if you subscribed. Booking and signup details are delivered to our private team workspace so we can follow up with you directly.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed to work together and meet our records obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us. You may also request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
